This Refund Policy applies to purchases of 3DollarVPN, operated by Manytours Kft. It forms part of our Terms of Service. We want pricing and refunds to be as honest as our product, so this policy is written to be clear rather than clever.

14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with a paid subscription, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no interrogation required.

1. Your statutory right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have a legal right under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of entering into the contract, without giving any reason.

Because 3DollarVPN is a digital service that begins as soon as you subscribe, you expressly request that we start providing it immediately, and you acknowledge that:

  • once the service has been fully performed, you lose the right of withdrawal; and
  • if you withdraw while the service is still ongoing, we may charge an amount proportionate to what you have used up to the moment you tell us, and refund the rest.

In practice, our 14-day money-back guarantee in the box above is more generous than this statutory minimum: within those 14 days we refund the full amount regardless of usage.

2. How to request a refund

Email marcell@3dollarvpn.com from the address on your account, with the word “refund” and your order or account details. You may, but do not have to, use the EU model withdrawal form. We will confirm receipt and process eligible refunds promptly.

3. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date — cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. If a renewal charges you and you contact us within 14 days of that charge having made little or no use of the new period, we will refund it as a goodwill gesture. Renewal periods used beyond that window are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or where the Service was faulty.

4. Free tier

The free tier costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop using it at any time.

5. Faulty or misdescribed service

Your statutory consumer rights always apply. If the Service is faulty, not as described, or does not work as it should, you may be entitled to a repair, a price reduction, or a refund, in addition to the goodwill terms above. Contact us and we will put it right.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, using Stripe for card processing). We aim to issue refunds within 14 days of approval; how quickly the money appears then depends on your bank or card issuer. Where the processor acts as merchant of record, the refund is processed through that processor.

7. Chargebacks

If something is wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of the account while the dispute is investigated.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your purchase. We will update the “Last updated” date when we make changes.
